Saint John’s University is located in Collegeville, Minnesota, just outside of St. Cloud and approximately 1.5 hours from Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport.

If you are flying, we recommend flying into Minneapolis–Saint Paul (MSP) and allowing time for the drive to campus. Transportation details for the weekend will be shared closer to the celebration to ensure a seamless arrival and experience.

Guests are invited to stay on-site at Saint John’s University for both Friday and Saturday evening, creating an easy and connected experience for the full wedding weekend.

Accommodations within campus housing can be reserved following your RSVP and will be paid for directly by guests. As part of the RSVP process, we’ll gather your preferences and coordinate your stay to ensure everything is thoughtfully arranged ahead of your arrival.

Formal invitations will be sent closer to the wedding date. Once received, please RSVP by the date listed on your invitation so we can thoughtfully prepare for the weekend.

Accommodations will be available within Saint John’s University campus housing and can be reserved after you RSVP and paid for directly by guests.

Details regarding your specific accommodations will be coordinated during the RSVP process, we’ll confirm whether or not you're staying on campus and ensure everything is arranged for a comfortable and seamless stay by our planning team.

What is the attire for the weekend?

Each event has its own feel, but overall attire for the weekend is elevated yet relaxed.

Will there be transportation?

Transportation will be provided throughout the weekend to help guests move easily between events and accommodations. Additional details will be shared closer to the wedding weekend.

What should I expect for meals?

The weekend will include a variety of thoughtfully planned food and beverage experiences, from a welcome gathering with light bites to a full wedding reception. Breakfast and coffee will also be available on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. As you RSVP we will ask for dietary restrictions to ensure we have everyone taken care of.
